Rather than compete with other Filipino Architects, Jose Siao Ling did collaborative work with them and go global, through MOS Architects (Mariano,Ocampo-Tan, Siaoling) doing their most challenging project the Fontana Leisure Parks in Clark Field, Angeles City, where they were able to bring back life from the ashes of Mount Pinatubo. Jose Siao Ling has also collaborated with individual Architects like Delfin Viola, Albert Luy Lim, Nilo Villanueva and Henry Ng Tan.
